BOOKING ADMINISTRATION HOURS:

HUNT APPLICATION CUT-OFF TIMES

The permit application must be received at least one week prior to the intended dates.

BELLEVUE TIER and NATIVE TIER ACCESS IS NOW LOCKED

When your permit is issued, contact information will be provided to arrange key collection (Pontville in the South, and by arrangement in the North and North West ) – permit must be shown before the key will be issued.

Process for obtaining access:

NOTE:  To keep in line with the new process below, ALL PREVIOUSLY SUPPLIED PERMITS (including Wallaby Spotlight Permits) ARE NO LONGER VALID.

Permits are issued on a “per hunt” basis. ALL permits expire at the end of the nominated hunt dates and are renewable with each new application. This strategy requires more diligent planning by hunters to ensure that you can receive your permits in time.

First Hunt:

  • Pay hunt fee

  • Submit hunt application form via email or post, INCLUDING copies of current FA Licence, Game Licence, and SSAA membership.

In return, you will receive either by email, as indicated on the application, your permit for the duration of your arranged hunt, and payment receipt.

Additional Hunt(s):

  • Submit hunt application form via email

Again, you will receive, either by email as indicated on the application, your permit for the duration of your arranged hunt.

Permits MUST be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle at all times whilst on-site (by choosing to receive your permits via email, you are taking responsibility to ensure that these are printed to be displayed as required)

On all leased properties, SHOOTERS MUST WEAR A HIGH-VISIBILITY ORANGE VEST OR HAT.
